Authentic Ghee Mysorepak
The Mysorepak the way it was meant to be — soft, gritty in just the right way, drowning in pure ghee. Each cube is cut while warm, packed once cooled, never reformulated for shelf-life.
Pure ghee — no vanaspati, ever
Our Mysorepak begins and ends with cow ghee. A single batch uses more ghee than gram flour by weight. The sugar syrup is taken to a single-thread consistency by eye and ear — never timed with a thermometer.
